Payment:
We accept PayPal and most major credit cards. You do not need a Pay Pal account to pay using Pay Pal. Once directed to the Pay Pal site you will see the option to log in or check out using a debit or credit card.
Shipping Policy:
Items ship from our location in New Jersey, USA. Please allow 2-3 business days for standard processing after your order has been placed. After this period, the turn around time and shipping process window will go into effect. If you need your items faster then the turn around time indicated above please email in order to ensure a "Rush Order" option is added to your listing before checkout.
We ship via the United States Postal Service.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments by the carrier when there is a notice of delivery. If you have not received your package please contact the post office with your tracking number to file a claim so that they can investigate. Upon shipping a tracking number will be emailed to you for your order.
Ship time is as follows for orders within the United States. This does not include processing time and/or turn around dates.
USPS priority mail 1-3 days
USPS first class mail 2-5 days
Turn Around Time on Products:
Every purchase made is cut and handmade to order, therefore, the turnaround time varies but tends to be about 2-3 weeks. Most products are Ready to Ship within 2-5 business days. Collections marked as a Pre-Order will generally have a turn around time of 2-3 weeks for production.
Returns and Refunds
At this time, we do not accept refunds once orders have been placed.
